Fit Ball, Chi Ball, Tennis Ball. All The Balls in Mind.

Choice of Colors - Sold Individually

Today's topic is all about balls. Does not matter what types or kinds. Just use it! :) That's the thing about fitness exercise, making use of tools or gadgets available and may it be any where. Big or small, portable or immobile.

Tennis ball: it all started by hitting it across the court between 2 to 4 players. Now? We use it to massage our body. Trigger Point Therapy (Trigger Point Performance Self Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue Massage Ball)

Next, we have fitball or some call it swissball. Many names to it. Up-side: good for abdominal work, stretching and balance training. Portable since it can be deflated. Keep in mind, how are you going to inflate it? Most of the time is manually using handheld air-pump. Now? We use it in Pilates, Yoga and at home to sit on :) Swiss Ball: For Strength, Tone and Posture

Aaaah... the squeeze ball. Have felt them before and I would say it is good for those who tends to have nervous tension and who likes to bite their nails. This would be a great gift item. It would be great for me, when in a thinking or writing mode like now. Squeeze and release, to get my creative mind going. :)

There are just so many balls to mention. Tai Chi Ball Qigong too! View Tai Chi Ball Seminar Video

How about Bender Barre Ball?

The Bender Method of training is based on research and the purpose of each and every exercise giving trainers a more technical approach to working with their students. We have never believed that only memorization of an exercise is appropriate due to each and every student is individual.
